DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE IS OPEN RAIN OR SHINE
The Darkside Haunted House is both an outdoor and an indoor attraction. Please dress appropriately that includes footwear.
The Darkside Haunted House uses fog machines and strobe lights if you have any medical conditions which may be affected by these do not enter. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, or have or have had a back or neck injury, or any type of injury that would prevent you from physical activity DO NOT ENTER.

How does timed ticketing work?
No more waiting on long lines!
Timed ticketing works by limiting the number of people coming in each half hour time slot, as to not have everyone show up at the same time causing a 2 to 3 hr wait. For example - If your time slot is from 8:00 pm - 8:30 pm. You may Check in the Virtual Queue line at 8:00 pm by scanning the QR code Check in, Once you are checked feel free to visit the Monster Midway to play a game or Grab a bite to eat, When it is your turn to get on the line you will receive a text message. If your group has multiple tickets you can enter the number of people in your group so you can all go together. If your group is under 8 people you will be grouped with another group. You must be on site and it must be your timeslot to check in to the Virtual Queue.
Why are tickets only sold online?
In order to make Timed Ticketing work the only way to limit the number of people in each 1/2 hour time slot is to sell the tickets online.
I need to switch my time slot, what can I do?
1) You can switch your tickets up to 12 hrs prior to your scheduled time. After purchasing tickets, you can log into your account on HauntPay 2) Click on "My Tickets" 3) All of your purchased tickets under your account will display, and you can click on "Reschedule" 4) Once you click "Reschedule", there will be the option to pick your New Timeslot. 5) Click Reschedule, and your tickets will be updated
What age is appropriate for the haunted house?
Due to the scary themes and graphic nature of our haunted house, we do not recommend bringing anyone under the age of 12 to our haunted house. You may not carry your child through the attraction they must walk through on their own. Anyone younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Will I be touched in the haunted house?
No. No actor will try to touch you. So please do not touch us or our props. Any touching that occurs would be accidental and due to dark conditions and small spaces or the people in your group trying to escape the terror.
Are you open in rain or snowy conditions?
Yes. We are open in all weather conditions, but be aware that this is an outdoor & indoor attraction. Please wear appropriate footwear/outerwear for these conditions. Umbrellas are not permitted inside the haunted house. In case of severe weather always check our facebook page for the latest updates.
Can we take photos inside the haunted house?
Photography of any kind is not permitted inside the haunted house. Please leave cell phones in your car or secure them in your pockets so you do not lose it inside the attractions.

Does your attraction have security?
We have a full security staff on hand at all times. They have undergone training to keep you safe (even when it feels a little scary). All security staff are in communication via radios and we have infrared cameras placed throughout so we can see you even when you can not see us.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
The DARKSIDE HAUNTED HOUSE is HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. Motorized Wheel chairs are the easiest to navigate through the Attraction. Being both indoors and outdoors pushing a wheelchair through the attraction can be difficult. Most wheel chairs can navigate the attraction there are a few that will not make it through due to there size. IN ORDER TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST SHOW, WE RECOMMEND COMING SUN-THURS..
Do the lines get really long?
We are utilizing timed ticketing and a Virtual Queue so you don't have to stand in line until you receive the text message telling you it is your time to enter . So while your Virtual self is waiting on the Virtual Line, you can play a game in our Monster Midway or grab a bite to eat. Tickets are sold in 1/2 hour time slots. You may Check in to the Virtual Queue at your Designated time slot. Example if your ticket is for 8:00 pm - 8:29 pm you may Check in at 8:00 pm. If your group is less than 8 people your group may be combined with another group.
Can we bring our own food & drinks?
The consumption of outside food or drink is not permitted anywhere on our property.
Are there things to eat at Darkside Haunted House?
Yes We will have a food truck this season please eat and drink in designated areas.
What if my group is bigger than 8?
Depending on how many you are you may be split into seperate groups.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, for groups of 16 or more people. You must purchase your tickets online in advance; Group Rates ARE NOT available on site.
Is there parking at Darkside Haunted House?
There is free onsite Parking.
Please follow the parking attendants directions,
Please do not leave your trash in the Parking lot.
Is there a place to put my bag and other personal belongings?
We advise that patrons bring minimum baggage with them. Please leave bulky bags and other items, including hooded sweatshirts and large, bulky jackets at home or safe with a friend. We do not have lockers and assume no responsibility for lost or damaged items being carried by patrons or left in vehicles. Additionally, make sure that your cell phone and personal items being carried on your person are safely tucked away and stored.
If I am to scared can I get out?
Yes there are emergency exits located through out both attractions in which you can leave if your are to scared to continue.
Can I get a refund if I decide I am too scared to enter the haunted house or I Do not make it all the way through?
No, there are no refunds under any circumstances. You are paying us to scare you and we do enjoy our job.
Are there Bathrooms at the haunted house?
Yes, we have Porta Potties that are located at the rear of the building on the parking lot side, probably a wise decision to use them before you enter.

You should NOT ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy, physical ailments ,respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease including Claustrophobia.
DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff.

DO NOT Smoke, run, eat or drink inside the attraction. There are no open flames, touching of the actors, customers, or props inside the attraction. No video or photography is allowed inside the attraction. You will not be admitted or asked to leave the attraction if you do not follow these rules without a refund.
